Leveraging our various Financial, Compliance and Tax operational assets along with dedicated tooling, DSO provides a wide range of services related to Regulatory reporting (including FATCA, CRS, MiFIR and SFTR), Transaction reporting, Tax reporting, Tax reclaim services, KYC/AML and more recently Data Archiving.
 

  
 
Your next challenge
 

You will be responsible for the general management and the overall supervision of the Compliance (incl. KYC/AML), the Risk Management, the Finance, the Legal, the HR and the Administration functions of the entity.
In your role, you will work in close collaboration with the Conducting Officers, supporting them in the daily management of the company and acting as the privileged point of contact of the operational and delivery teams.
 
Ensuring DSO regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness and continuity:

 

  • Monitoring and maintenance of internal procedures and policies
  • Contribution to the implementation of the BCP / DRP plan
  • Monitoring of DSO’s KYC process for clients’ acceptance
  • Identification and assessment of the compliance risks associated with DSO’s current and proposed future business activities, including new products, new business relationships and any extension of operations or network on an international level
  • Provision of regulatory watch and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and professional standards
  • Maintenance of relationships with local authorities (i.e., CSSF) and preparation / coordination of accreditation applications
  • Preparation of  regulatory reporting (RAR and RD reports), ensuring timely CSSF reporting (financial and non-financial)
  • Management of DSO operational risk
  • Supervision and monitoring of all outsourced functions (Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing)
  • Management of projects related to the launch of new products and managed services
 
Being in charge of the daily coordination of Deloitte stakeholders involved in DSO activities:
 
  • Preparation and facilitation of the management meetings with the Conducting Officers
  • Preparation of reporting and communication to the Board of Managers as well as the organisation of annual Board meetings
  • Coordination of the working relationships between DSO and other services (business or support) within Deloitte Luxembourg and/or with external providers
  • Maintenance of a recruitment plan and coordination of the recruitment activities together with the HR department and the Service Leaders
  • Monitoring of IT change and support request processes
  • Coordination with the internal audit and support to the implementation of recommendations
 
 
Your skills
 
  • Hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related area
  • Have at least 5  years of experience  in the management and coordination of a multidisciplinary team coupled with at least 6 years of experience in or serving the Financial Services Industry in Luxembourg
  • Be able to bring your skills, knowledge and experience to add value to our work across various functions including Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Risk Management, Audit and Compliance
  • Demonstrate strong People management and communication skills 
  • Be fluent in English and French, German is considered an asset
