Our HR department follows our people’s journey with Deloitte ensuring a fluent intake, implementing tailored and challenging career development methods as well as guaranteeing efficient HR Operations practices to maintain a diversified and motivated workforce.

 

We are currently looking for an Officer who will integrate one of our HR Operations team : the Benefits team. Its members are dedicated to the management of a wide range of benefits offered to our employees, and they also take part to other HR related projects.

 

 

Your next challenge:

 

  • Manage our employees’ company car leasing pools
  • Manage our other benefits (pension plan, complementary health insurance)
  • Update the HR systems on a daily basis
  • Prepare and control salary instructions relating to these benefits each month
  • Interact with the other HR teams and the suppliers
  • Identify and propose improvements in the operational work
  • Update our policies and intranet pages when necessary
  • Be the key contact for our employees regarding the benefits offered by Deloitte
  • Manage the HR systems (i.e. could include : managing projects related to systems, participating in set up of new systems & processes, testing and implementation phases)

 

 

Your skills:

 

  • University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field, with at least 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & good team player
  • Analytical Skills: work with large amounts of data (facts, figures, and number) - Good command of Excel
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking and ability to deal with confidential data
  • Client oriented, proactive and creative, able to propose solutions
  • Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English
