Your future team

Part of our HR Department who plays an important role in creating a great talent experience that allows our people to grow and thrive, our HR business professionals provide the link between the HR strategy and its implementation and offer value added to your service line. You will be the contact person for any people related topic.

Your next challenge

  • As the HR face to a dedicated population, you will be responsible for identifying and handling HR and Talent management activities and strategies. To do so, you will work in close collaboration with the Service line & Industry Leaders and Industry Group Managers in charge
  • Ensure people are in the right role at the right time to deliver business objectives in alignment with service line priorities
  • Ensure a close collaboration between the Business and the HR department regarding operational solutions to ensure employee retention and development. You will be responsible for competency management and career development for a dedicated population and you will also follow the Performance management and compensation process
  • Lead the  people master plan to ensure each employee receives annual performance objectives, accurate and constructive feedback as well a recognition and reward from their managers through the compensation processes including annual compensation review plan in line with policy and budget
  • Manage Labor relations and enforce corporate policies, practices and culture. Ensure compliance with local laws and practices (i.e. compensation, benefits…) and with certification ISO27001 and ISO22301

Your skills

  • Demonstrate 5+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Trusted-advisor for managers & ability to influence
  • Business Acumen
  • Self-starter attitude and a great learner
  • Strong organization skills and a rigorous approach
  • Are fluent in English and French. Any other language is an asset.
