Would you like to play a role in the HR management of our 2600 employees while being part of a team specialized in technical HR matters?

Do you want to develop your knowledge working alongside our HR experts? Then you should join our HR Operations department.

Your next challenge

• Centralization of payroll to ensure deadline and quality deliverables
• Overview leasing management (from a payroll perspective) to assist in
• Internal and external audit coordination
• Manage internal communications linked to salaries and benefits
• Actively participates in the projects Move to new tools / transformation and process improvement

Your skills

• Experience of at least 4 year in payroll and/ or benefits management
• Excellent interpersonal skills & good team player
• Analytical Skills: work with large amounts of data (facts, figures, and number) - Good command of Excel
• Attention to detail and critical thinking
• Client oriented, proactive and creative, able to propose solutions
• Well organized
• Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in French and English required
