HR International Mobility Coordinator (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team:

 

Our HR Operations department is looking for a HR International Mobility Coordinator in order to join our Global Mobility team of two professionals who is in charge of advising and following relocating employees from one country to another as part of their employment (inbound and outbound client engagements and Deloitte intra-company mobility cases). The new collaborator will be mainly responsible for coordinating and supporting our employees assigned to project missions abroad.

 

 

Your next challenge: 

 

  • Coordinate client engagements abroad with regards to social security, immigration, tax liability and employment laws
  • Make sure that all the compliance actions are completed on time
  • Manage payroll and administrative requirements for our branches/subsidiaries abroad
  • Be the day-to-day contact person for the assignees to answer their questions prior to, during and after the assignment periods
  • Advise the Business Leaders about budget and timeline for their client missions abroad
  • Coordinate the assignments with the other stakeholders (Tax Experts, Finance department, other HR teams, external fiduciaries etc.)
  • Interact with other Deloitte Member Firms to gain from their local expertise and support
  • Help the other team members with their Luxembourg Immigration tasks and global mobility cases within the Deloitte network
  • Manage some projects to enhance the employee experience and the process flows
  • Jointly with our Internal Tax Experts and Payroll team, coordinate the year-end tax liability analysis of our employees
  • Report and support data analysis on international mobility

 

 

Your skills: 

 

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other applicable field
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources (ideally in payroll, benefits or international mobility) or any other business areas (ex: Tax, Audit, Business Administration)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables…) with a real appetite to deal with payroll and financial figures
  • Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and strong business partnering
  • Demonstrated skills in problem solving
  • Fluency in French and English, a good knowledge of German would be a plus
