The HR Operations’ trainee takes part to the missions of the HR Services Desk team.


Your next challenge


  • Have daily contacts with HR teams and staff in relation to employees’ queries
  • Manage the HR ticketing system and mail box
  • Participate to some recurrent HR processes and ad-hoc projects of the HR Services Desk team
  • Guaranty the follow-up of absence (sickness, maternity and parental leave, …), study leaves, time management … etc
  • Update data in our HR systems
  • Develop and maintain reporting aspects linked to the activities

Your skills


  • Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or other relevant subject from an accredited university/college.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Be able to be rigorous and precise in a fast paced environment 
  • Be able to solve problems, sometimes last minute
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Show a high level of integrity in handling confidential data
  • Be a true team player
  • Good command in French and English
