The HR Operations’ trainee takes part to the missions of the Operations teams, and assists them in their daily tasks and monitoring.
We are ideally looking for a sandwich course (Alternance) intern for a year. Please indicate your internship period in a cover letter or in the comment section.
Your next challenge
- Assist the team in the organization of the Welcome Days each fortnight
- Manage the administrative formalities for trainees joining the firm
- Maintain the HR systems up-to-date on a daily basis. Manage the exit administrative process for all kind of contracts and terminations
- Assist the team in the management of trial periods
- Take part to ad-hoc processes, monitoring and/or projects of the Operations teams
- Manage our employees’ company car fleet and ad-hoc processes
- Assist in the management of the other benefits (lunch vouchers, pension plan, complementary health insurance, etc.)
Your skills
- Hold a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources, International Business or other relevant subject from an accredited university/college.
- Possess excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be able to solve problems
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Show a high level of integrity in handling confidential data
- Be a true team player
- Good command in French and English
