Your future team 

Our HR Business Partner team is a small, dynamic group of experts overseeing the full employee lifecycle with a clear and well-defined scope of responsibility. Recognised as the HR face of the organisation, they provide structured, professional support to employees and managers alike. Team members work closely together, sharing knowledge and experience to deliver consistent, high quality HR guidance while maintaining a collaborative and supportive environment. We are now looking for a motivated intern to join the team for six months and support them in their daily activities.

Your contribution to our success 

1.    Support the HRBP team from an admin perspective
2.    Data management (overtime, KPIs, performance process, …).
3.    Assist on specific cross HR projects 
4.    Participate in elaboration of internal HR communications
5.    Schedule and organize meetings (integration, exit, long term leaves, performance process, …)
6.    Support and guide your colleagues 

Your skills 

1.    Preparing a Master degree, ideally in HR related field
2.    Strong listening and communication skills 
3.    Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a strong interest in leveraging AI-based tools and technologies
4.    Languages: Fluent in English, French is considered as a strong asset
