HRIS Expert - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

As part of our HR team, you will be working closely with various HR and IT stakeholders.

Your next challenge as an HRIS Expert

Define and model best in class HR processes within Big 4 environment
- Assess and enhance HR system processes to match processes 
- Be the link between HR Professionals and IT developer
- Be the change agent ensuring smooth deployment of new solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvements to maximize HR efficiency
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding sensitive employee information
- Your next challenge includes, but is not limited to:
•    Process Improvement – Prioritize HR processes improvement 
•    Reporting and Analytics - Automate reports and data analytics to support KPIs’ based decision-making 
•    Data Management - Ensure data integrity within the HRIS.
•    Compliance and Security – maintain permanent GDPR, legal and regulatory requirements compliance 

Your skills

•    At least 5 years’ experience in driving a large-scale HR transformation
•    Strong ability to federate people around the same vision
•    Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment is a source of motivation for you
•    SAP knowledge is a must
•    Strong organization skills
•    Strong problem-solving skills
•    Client oriented 
•    Strong writing and verbal communication skills
•    Fluency in French and English required
