HRIS Expert - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

As part of our HR team you will be working closely with various HR and IT stakeholders.

Your next challenge as an HRIS Expert

• Lead our HRIS transformation and help streamlining our HR processes
• Understand the problematics, create, design and explain solutions to relevant stakeholders
• Create and enhance connections within our internal experts
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Create KPI’s and metrics to track the progress of the different initiatives

Your skills

• Several years of experience within an IT transformation role, ideally within the HR world.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and tools, data governance and IT solutions
• You are a tactical thinker, able to federate people toward the same goal
• Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment is a source of motivation for you
• Good command of HRIS systems (SAP knowledge would be an asset)
• Fluency in English is required
