Our Marketing & Communications department works to raise Deloitte’s public awareness and its eminence in the fields of audit, tax and consulting.


To accomplish this, we provide a wide range of external and internal activities from leading the company’s branding efforts, collaborating with media, directories and sponsoring to supporting colleagues by advising on communication opportunities. 


We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our Marketing and Communication department, composed of approximately 35 professionals.

Your next challenge



  • Defining and leading the development of marketing and communication strategies to help our leaders and the firm fulfil their business objectives
  • Working in full collaboration with our Clients & Industries and internal teams, to implement and integrate their respective plans in the overall marketing & communication strategy
  • Managing and coordinating our operational teams to ensure the on-time and on-budget implementation of our strategy and of  our marketing and communication plans
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with different stakeholders within and outside the organisation
  • Developing and implementing annual marketing plans and projects, detailing activities to follow during the year
  • Strengthening and amplifying Deloitte’s reputation in priority spaces by leading team members on thought leadership development, digital marketing campaigns and press relations
  • Engaging appropriate firm resources and managing copywriters, graphic designers, webmasters and events managers in order to spread Deloitte’s communication strategy
  • Evaluating and tracking campaign performance to optimize and recalibrate the activities
  • Managing, coaching and taking leadership in organizing our teams, encouraging collaboration and innovation
  • Defining and following-up on budgets and key performance indicators
Your skills



  • Proven and relevant experience in marketing & communication (12 to 15 years), preferably gained in a fast-pace environment and/or a professional services firm
  • Proven and extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies and (internal and external) communication plans to meet organizational objectives
  • Master's degree in marketing, communication, business administration, economics or management
  • You are recognised for your management and team leading skills
  • Highly client oriented and dedicated to offer the best service
  • Able to work in a fast paced, demanding customer driven atmosphere 
  • Proficient in English and fluent in French, or vice versa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
