Your next challenge

  • Assisting our clients in reimagining their Future Organization: you will help them realize strategic ambitions, by shaping and delivering a transformation journey that will drive sustainable change
  • Supporting clients to drive overall business strategy, shape employee experience, and harness the Future of Work
  • Owning projects end-to-end from preparing proposals, to proposing creative solutions and working with internal experts to fulfil our clients’ needs
  • Discovering people solutions through different perspectives such as processes and policies, talent management, change management and HR Information Systems
  • Developing people solutions and resetting workforce strategies
  • Helping clients synchronize their human resources priorities with automation and supporting technologies
  • Utilizing your analytical rigor and insight, you will engage with senior leadership in our clients’ organizations and their teams to support in transforming the way they attract, lead, manage, educate and reward their people, and win the ‘war for talent’
  • Owning the development and delivery of specific work packages and leading work streams of activity within client engagements
  • Supporting business development by contributing to proposals and bids, maintaining client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and leading bid teams and practice growth to develop new and innovative approaches for talent and change management
  • Acting as a coach and advisor to junior team members both within client engagements and within practice development and bid activity

Your skills


  • A Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Change Management or a related area, with a passion for some non financial industries amongst the TMT, ER&I and CNSR, as well as digitalization and ESG  
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role including in a consulting environment or in a project-based organization, with a focus on HR Projects and Change Management and Communication as part of wide organizational transformations and experience in managing client expectations and relationships
  • Specific industry expertise in one or more of the following industries: TMT, ER&I and CNSR, and sound knowledge in some functional areas related to these Industries organizations will be a plus - like Sales and Marketing, Corporate Development, Purchases, Supply Chain (procurement, S&OP, logistics, etc.), Networks Operations, Industrial Operations, Quality and Safety and/or support functions like Finance, HR, Legal, Risks and Compliance
  • Strong understanding of Human Capital and people-related issues and challenges, with expertise in one or more of the following areas: HR transformation programmes, enabling HR technologies, Organization Design, Change Management and Communication, Shared Services or other specialist HR areas (e.g. talent, performance, recruitment, learning and development, rewards)
  • Ability to apply knowledge and expertise in a range of client scenarios, focusing on high quality even in high pressured, time critical situations
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills with the ability to build client and internal networks based on credibility and trust
  • High-quality research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in French and English where knowledge of German and other languages is an asset
  • Willingness to travel internationally
