Your next challenge

• Solve any technical problems by centralizing, analysing and documenting technical issues faced
• Improve overall applications performance and maintain existing systems by identifying and correcting software defects
• Manage the installation of new applications, from release to testing and on different environments
• Be responsible for new applications while improving the existing ones
• Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies
• Produce and maintain procedures and documentation,
• Continuously improve your skills in terms of new technologies
• Provide assistance to internal stakeholders

Your skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, with 2-3 years minimum expertise in an Operational IT Team in Level 2
• Knowledge in Windows and Linux servers
• Knowledge in Active Directory (OU, roles, permissions, and groups)
• Knowledge in Networking, Firewall, SFTP
• Knowledge in VMware and Hyper-V
• Knowledge in Powershell, SSL and certificates
• Knowledge in Log Management tool and Antivirus are a plus
• Knowledge in SQL: Database management and Job scheduling are a plus
• Knowledge in SCCM, Exchange and Power BI are a plus
• ITIL certification is a plus
• Curious, flexible, with a strong team spirit, comfortable working independently, and open to learn from colleagues
• Good attention to details and good stress resilience 
• Excellent analytical skills and problem solving
• Fluency in French and in English
