Our Internal IT department creates the technological environment and assistance that enables Deloitte employees to quickly access vital information and succeed in their job on a daily basis using the most efficient powerful tools and emergent technologies.

 


Your next challenge

 

  • Solve any technical problems by centralizing, analysing and documenting technical issues faced
  • Provide daily support remotely to our internal customers for Active Directory, email, laptops, servers, Firewall.
  • Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents
  • Produce and maintain procedures and documentation,
  • Manage Microsoft infrastructure components with focus on AD, DNS, GPO, ADFS;
  • Create and maintain network users/permissions.
  • Monitoring systems to improve network performance for all systems
  • Design an efficient deployment strategy for both Desktop and Servers with the relevant tools;
  • Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
  • Provide assistance to internal stakeholders

 


Your skills

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, with 1 year minimum expertise in an Operational IT Team
  • Prior experience supporting users on issues related to hardware, software and network;
  • You have strong skills in Active Directory;
  • You have experience in Microsoft Windows Server Windows 10 desktop administration and PowerShell scripting;
  • Relevant experience in maintaining NTFS permission and Active Directory objects.
  • The following IT related knowledge will be considered as an asset:
    • System Center Configuration (SCCM)
    • VMWare Managment (VDI)
    • Cloud Management (Exchange Online, Office 365)
    • Knowledge in Mac Devices
    • Security standards (ISO 27001, … )
  • Curious, flexible, with a strong team spirit, comfortable working independently, and open to learn from colleagues
  • Good attention to details and good stress resilience
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Fluency in French and in English
