Your future team

You will integrate a team of project managers dedicated to internal projects throughout the firm to deliver technological solutions.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the project team’s activities and deliverables, ensuring they are all completed on time and on budget, and aligned to the client’s strategic business goals. He/she is responsible for interfacing with clients, being the liaison between the client and internal delivery team. This is all done in alignment with the IT department’s goals and vision.

  • Lead by example and establish confident relationships
  • Understand key objectives for our internal clients; align people to objectives and set priorities and direction
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client and manage internal and external communications, including kick-off and regular status meetings
  • Serve as an escalation point and liaison between client and delivery team to communicate client goals and objectives in the form of actionable tasks and deliverables
  • Create timelines and facilitate meetings for the delivery team
  • Report periodically on budget tracking/profitability, and to avoid and/or resolve scope creep, budget overages, or efficiency issues.
  • Ability to forecast and allocate resources for current and upcoming project needs according to capacity planning
  • Apply waterfall or agile methodologies according to Deloitte’s project management governance and methodologies

Your skills

  • Hold 5-10 years relevant project management experience, preferably in the execution and management of digital and technology projects
  • Demonstrate strong client management & relationship building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various technical and business teams
  • Manage multiple projects and programs as well
  • Steer committees at a senior management level and drive to decision making
  • Facilitate interactions amongst stakeholders
  • Can rapidly acquire business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with our architects (enterprise, infrastructure and software), cybersecurity, compliance and procurement teams
  • Work autonomously within a team environment
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and ITIL processes
  • Animate virtual meetings through collaboration tools such Teams, Skype, Zoom
  • Master MS Office applications and some planning tools
  • Certifications:Project management, Business Analysis, Service Management, Architecture, IT Frameworks and any technical expertise will be all considered as an asset.
