Your next challenge

 

  1. Be the single point of contact: Act as the primary contact for your service for IT teams, business users and external providers, ensuring smooth and clear communication.
  2. Guarantee performance and reliability: Ensure SLA/OLA compliance, high availability and a high level of user satisfaction for your service.
  3. Own incident & request management: Handle incidents and service requests via our ticketing tool, and coordinate escalation with Level 2/3 teams and partners when needed.
  4. Monitor, analyze, improve: Track the health of your service, follow key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose corrective and preventive actions based on data.
  5. Drive change and keep things under control: Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation, and actively support changes such as upgrades, deployments and migrations.

 

Your skills

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of experience in an Operational IT Team (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3).
  3. Good knowledge of Windows Server and ticketing tools.
  4. Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, firewall, routing, load balancing).
  5. Understanding of Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL and Cloud environments
  6. Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
