Your next challenge
- Be the single point of contact: Act as the primary contact for your service for IT teams, business users and external providers, ensuring smooth and clear communication.
- Guarantee performance and reliability: Ensure SLA/OLA compliance, high availability and a high level of user satisfaction for your service.
- Own incident & request management: Handle incidents and service requests via our ticketing tool, and coordinate escalation with Level 2/3 teams and partners when needed.
- Monitor, analyze, improve: Track the health of your service, follow key performance indicators (KPIs), and propose corrective and preventive actions based on data.
- Drive change and keep things under control: Maintain and update operational procedures and documentation, and actively support changes such as upgrades, deployments and migrations.
Your skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an Operational IT Team (Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3).
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and ticketing tools.
- Familiarity with network fundamentals (DNS, firewall, routing, load balancing).
- Understanding of Active Directory, PowerShell, SQL and Cloud environments
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
