Your next challenge:


  • Be part of the Sourcing, Branding and Campus team supporting and advising recruiters in their daily activities
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand roles and define requirements
  • Use all relevant channels to feed your pipeline of candidates (database, social media, job boards, referrals etc…) and measure ROI
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with external head-hunting firms
  • Assess ROI of our job boards
  • Develop Deloitte positioning toward our targeted senior profiles
  • Maintain up-to-date information into our applicant tracking system
  • Attend potential career events 
  • Nurture your candidate portfolio
  • Stay up-to-date with innovation and best practice in the recruitment and sourcing domain 
  • Contribute to strategic projects significantly increasing our recruitment capability, including areas such as employer branding, competitor benchmarking, data analytics and ad hoc recruitment events


Your skills: 


  • Five to eight years of experience within a headhunting firm
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including proactive direct sourcing, candidate/marketplace research and selection techniques
  • Ability to liaise and influence at senior level and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Significant experience in pipeline development and passive candidate nurturing
  • Strong team spirit and enjoy working in a fast moving, multicultural environment
  • Fluency in French and English, German is a strong asset
