Digital Risk & Resilience Management and IT Regulatory - Consultant / Senior Consultant

Our team assists clients by proposing pragmatic approaches and recommendations for managing digital risks and for meeting the IT regulatory requirements           .

What will you do :

• Being part of a fieldwork team delivering quality work, learning every day and taking new challenges
• Directly assist Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) in their day-to-day digital risk management and IT regulatory challenges and tasks
• Assist clients in defining digital risks governance and in managing the digital risks, while ensuring compliance with the IT regulations
• Help clients to address the underlying IT risk challenges raised by the digital transformation journey (Cloud computing, Digital trust, etc.)
• Perform IT risk assessments and propose mitigation measures, define policies and procedures, catalogues of controls and other measures for meeting IT regulatory requirements
• Perform IT regulatory gap assessments, propose remediation plans and assist in obtaining CSSF approvals for regulated IT transformations
• Assist in the compliance journey towards EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA)
• Organize digital risk and resilience trainings and awareness sessions for the clients
• Assist the organizations in their projects of readiness towards internationally recognized standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ETSI, etc.)
• Assist the organizations in implementing eSignature solutions and other digital trust products (ex. for online clients’ on-boarding) 

What about you : 

• Demonstrating experience (2-5 years) in IT Risk Management and IT Regulatory (e.g. performing IT risk assessments, IT regulatory gap assessment, writing policies and procedures, defining digital controls, etc.)
• Having knowledge of international standards and frameworks like ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 is considered a strong asset
• Demonstrate ability to understand IT risks and digital resilience  
• Being able to think creatively to solve client needs with excellent interpersonal skills
• Demonstrating the ability to learn fast, to work as part of a team and to take part in multiple projects
• Having any of the following certifications is considered as an asset: ISO27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27005, CISSP.
• Being fluent in English (French and/ or German considered a strong asset)
