Your contribution to our success

• 1. Lead and Deliver Projects: Act as both a key developer and the project driver, managing requirements, planning, and delivery.
  2. Develop and Innovate: Build scalable applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, and Python.
  3. AI & Automation: Integrate AI and machine learning models to enhance processes, including NLP, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
  4. Bridge Business & Tech: Act as the interface between stakeholders and the development team, transforming business needs into technical solutions.
  5. Ensure Agile Delivery: Organize sprints, oversee progress, and actively participate in code reviews and daily stand-ups.

Your skills

• 1. Solid full-stack development experience, ideally 4+ years. Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, SSIS, Python and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  2. Strong experience with project management or product ownership (Agile/Scrum environment).
  3. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  4. Experience or knowledge in AI/ML tools and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI, etc.).
  5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
