Combining deep knowledge of the insurance industry and a broad range of competences, our consultants provide a wide range of services to our insurance industry clients, including strategic and IT advisory, project management and business process optimisation.

 

Your next challenge

 

  • Working on various consulting projects in the insurance industry, participating in business transformation projects including: support to the Project Manager on international projects, design and optimisation of business processes, collect of business requirements, draft of operational agreements and procedures, testing policy management software, looking for answers to clients’ ad-hoc requests regarding the legal insurance framework they operate in
  • Working with professionals from other backgrounds such as accountants, actuaries, IT, regulatory and risk professionals to understand dependencies and integration points, as well as to deliver comprehensive solutions for our clients
  • Working with professionals from other industries such as Banking, Funds and Human Resources to adopt a common approach when providing services to the market
  • Working with experts from all over the world to combine the best skillsets to answer our clients’ requests
  • Creating quality deliverables to communicate business and technical solutions to appropriate audiences

 

Your skills

 

  • A Master’s degree (5 years) in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Up to 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • The willingness and ability to learn fast a wide array of knowledge (from legal to IT nature) and the natural habit of digging into regulatory topics autonomously
  • A proactive and dynamic attitude and a client-oriented approach
  • A structured mindset with synthesis skills and attention to details
  • The capacity to think critically, to understand complex processes and to break down difficult concepts into easier ones
  • Fluency in English and French; German or any other language will be considered an asset
  • The willingness to work on short-term international assignments
