Our Artificial Intelligence and Data (AI&D) team is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights for our clients. We use our extensive industry knowledge to address any data management and analytics needs across all business functions. We help them predict, plan, and adapt their business strategies to meet current challenges and confidently help them overcome any obstacle in their way. 

As Intelligent Automation (IA) Director in the AI&D team, you will lead and develop the IA practice, as well as underlying services and assets to image, deliver and run intelligent automation. You will drive, manage and motivate the team designing and deploying modular and scalable robotic and intelligent automation solutions to address the challenges and automation ambitions of our clients. 

Your next challenge

You take pride in and are an expert at:
•    Driving the IA practice development in developing go-to-market offerings, Proof of Concepts and methodologies, as well as in participating in public speaking and events
•    Supporting IA business development
•    Leading the design and implementation of IA solutions 
•    Performing stakeholder management at all levels
•    Keeping your functional and technical skills up-to-date 
•    Leading the IA team and performing the role of people leader and coach

Your skills

•    Minimum 10 years of experience with intelligent automation projects, including with Robotic Process Automation, BPM and AI solutions with large budgets and strategic impact
•    A Master’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, BI, Data Science or AI
•    Excellent communication skills from Top Management to technical teams
•    Proven experience in the design and/or delivery of delivered automation centers of excellence (CoE) and operating models (desirable)
•    Comfortable with client facing duties, as well as commercial and stakeholder management skills 
•    Experience with IA platforms, such as ServiceNow, PEGA, IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Apian, ABBYY, AWS, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Celonis, GCP, Microsoft, UiPath, and others
•    Knowledge/experiences or certifications in AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Services will be considered as a plus
•    Ability to collaborate virtually with team members and clients
•    Fluency in English. French and/or German will be considered as an asset
