Your future team:
You will join Deloitte Luxembourg’s Brand, Content & Communications function, working closely with the Events, Internal Communications, Social Media and Talent Attraction stakeholders.

This role sits at the crossroads of events, communications and content, with a strong internal focus and growing exposure to employer branding and social media initiatives.
How you'll contribute to our success:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver internal employee events and external talent acquisition events (in-person, hybrid and virtual), including logistics, suppliers and on-the-day support.
- Develop and execute communication plans for events and internal initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging across internal channels and in line with brand guidelines.
- Create, coordinate and distribute content for internal communications, social media and employer branding, collaborating with Brand, Content and Internal Communications teams.
- Support talent-attraction and people-focused campaigns (e.g. recruitment, graduate programs, internal mobility) by coordinating content inputs and working with internal and external partners.
- Monitor and report on event outcomes, gather feedback and propose improvements, collaborating with colleagues during peak periods to enhance engagement and campaign effectiveness.
Your skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Some experience in events, communications, marketing or a related coordination role—ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- An interest in social media, employer branding and internal communications (hands‑on experience is a strong advantage)
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
