We are currently looking for a Senior Officer to join our Independence team.

How you'll contribute to our success
- Provide technical advice to the business on a range of Independence matters (e.g., audit tenders, non-audit services, and related issues)
- Support audit teams in monitoring audit clients for M&A activity, ownership changes, and relevant legal or regulatory developments
- Lead, direct, and supervise a team of 2–4 junior team members
- Coordinate with other NQRS teams to deliver high-quality service to the firm
- Maintain independence tools and databases, and support related compliance and control activities
Your skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Outstanding attention to detail along with strong technical, and analysis skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English (French would be an asset) and need to be able to communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels
- Open to building professional working relationships with team members, engagement teams and with Global network
- Good time management skills
