The world of Banking and Capital Market industry is changing. Our PSF entity gives you the opportunity to take part in its Graduate Rotational Program to support major financial institutions and global organizations on their processes and operations, leveraging on the different strengths of our firm.

Your next challenge

• Embarking on an 18-months rotational program[1] designed to provide you with a holistic understanding of the banking sector across 3 distinctive operate services.
• Gaining knowledge in fields such as Client Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS, EMIR/MiFIR, Withholding Tax Services, KYC/AML.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure that clients remain compliant with ever-evolving regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the team in delivering the different tasks assigned, maintaining accurate records, client reports, and creating informative and insightful presentations.
• Participating in operations reviews and translating organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements.
• Engaging in continuous learning through formal training sessions, mentorship from experienced consultants, and exposure to real-world national and international projects.

Your skills

• Be enrolled in a Master's degree in business administration, economics or engineering with a specialization in Finance (last academic year)
• Be available for a permanent position at the end of your internship
• Have distinctive academic results
• Demonstrate interests / knowledge of the financial services industry, products, services and structure
• Have an excellent team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise
• Be fluent in English, and either in French or German is mandatory
