Junior Compliance Analyst - Risk & Reputation Team

Your future team

Our National Quality Risk and Security (NQRS) team gathers our various technical and compliance functions, each of which has a common three-part purpose: improve the quality of our work, protect the Firm's reputation and manage the risks associated with our business.

We are currently looking for an officer to join our Risk & Reputation Team, one of the sub-function of NQRS.

Your next challenge

• Conduct conflict checks and analyze requests received from other Deloitte network members, ensuring alignment with internal risk and independence policies
• Assess proposed business relationships to identify potential conflicts and reputational risks, helping to protect the firm's brand and supporting the business to take responsible engagement with third parties
• Maintain tools and databases
• Support with compliance projects and control activities, as needed

Your skills

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience (preferably in administrative support, business or accounting)
• Outstanding attention to detail along with strong technical, and analysis skills
• Compliance minded and being able to critically evaluate information under review
• Fluent (written and verbal) in English (French would be an asset) and need to be able to communicate confidently and professionally with people at all levels
• Open to building professional working relationships with team members, engagement teams and with Global network
• Good documentation and time management skills
• Excel, Word and PPT proficient
