How you'll contribute to our success 

• Support the design and development of software solutions using technologies such as Angular, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and Python, under the guidance of senior developers. 

• Participate in implementing features that leverage AI-enhanced tools and automation to improve efficiency and quality in our audit processes. 

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based applications, and take part in Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews. 

• Assist in integrating modern tools and technologies (e.g., message brokers, APIs, CI/CD pipelines) while gradually expanding your knowledge of AI, data, and cloud concepts. 

• Collaborate closely with the team to troubleshoot issues, improve existing solutions, and share ideas that help drive our digital transformation forward.

Your skills 

Must Have 

• 0–2 years of professional experience (or equivalent through internships, academic projects, or personal projects) in software development 

• Basic experience with the following: Angular (or another front-end framework), .NET Core / C#, SQL databases, and Python  

• Fundamental understanding of software development principles (version control, clean code, testing) and an interest in learning modern engineering practices 

• Curiosity about AI, automation, and data-driven solutions, with a willingness to learn relevant tools and frameworks 

• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) through projects, internships, or coursework 

• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn, experiment, and grow with the support of the team 

Nice to Have 

• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred) through studies, certifications, or projects 

• Basic knowledge or interest in tools such as RabbitMQ / Kafka, GraphQL, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Azure DevOps 

• Experience working on team projects (academic, open-source, or professional) and collaborating via tools like Git 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment 

• Genuine passion for technology, continuous learning, and building high-quality software solutions
