How you'll contribute to our success

• Support our clients by assembling and producing key regulatory documents (UCITS KIID, PRIIPs KID, EPT, EMT, EET).
• Collaborate with the Kid Factory team to deliver high-quality services, building strong relationships with clients based on your regulatory knowledge and understanding of their goals.
• Ensure our internal platform is accurate and up-to-date, reflecting both client requirements and legal constraints.
• Use your tech skills to help monitor our production cycles, resolve issues, and contribute to ongoing digital improvements.

Your skills 

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Have some experience in the investment fund industry.
• Are familiar with UCITS, AIFMD, KIID, and PRIIPs regulations.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Communicate clearly and present confidently.
• Are proficient in Excel (bonus points for VBA!) and comfortable with database management.
• Fluent in English—other languages are a plus.
• Excited to work with technology and eager to learn new digital tools.
