Our HR department follows our people’s journey with Deloitte ensuring a fluent intake, implementing tailored and challenging career development methods as well as guaranteeing efficient HR administration practices to maintain a diversified and motivated workforce.
We are currently looking for a Manager in Learning and Development to join our Learning Team and act as a Business Partner for one of our Service Line.
Your next challenge
You will have the opportunity to:
- Partner with the Business to understand their strategy, identify their needs and translate them into Learning & Development projects
- Be responsible for supporting and driving evolving learning technology to our learning offer
- Lead the implementation of individual training plans and organisation of training sessions using different delivery modalities including virtual, classroom and digital
- Manage the quality of all delivered training programs and improve the quality of our Learning and Development proposal by continuously challenging the current offering
- Design courses and facilitate trainings or workshop, on a need basis
- Identify and implement measures to assess the effectiveness of our L&D plans and provide reporting and clear KPIs to your Service Line
- Manage and follow-up the Learning and Development budget
- Have proven capabilities in managing and overseeing multiple priorities, and the ability to effectively manage often competing priorities

Your skills
To fit in the role, you also:
- Are passionate about Learning & Development and you have at least 5 years’ experience in HR, Project Management or similar functions
- Exposure to evolving practices in HR Learning, like micro-learning, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
- Have strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically
- Challenge ideas and constantly look for improvements and new ideas
- Are able to deal with complexity and ambiguity
- Are willing to engage in business development (e.g., client training offerings or other projects to assist clients with their training plans)
- Are fluent in English and French
