We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Learning Team and act as a Business Partner for one of our Service Line.


Your next challenge: 


  • Working closely with the Business to organise training sessions on site (training room bookings, facilitators’ schedules, invitations to participants, handling cancellations and managing the learning history) and off site (relations with external providers, registrations, invoice settlement, etc.)
  • Follow routines and processes related to the learning management system, and ensure all routine tasks are regularly followed
  • Be the first point of contact for the organisation of trainings, and for training related queries of the SL concerned.
  • Manage and take necessary approvals for exceptional training requests during the year
  • Prepare relevant status reports related to training activities, learning hours, cost, etc.
  • Participate and contribute to projects related to learning and development  



Your skills: 


  • Passionate by Learning & Development and you have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience in HR, Project Management or similar functions
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to think strategically
  • Challenge ideas and constantly look for improvements and new ideas
  • Experience in coaching junior profiles
  • Ability to deal with complexity and ambiguity
  • Willingness to engage in business development (e.g., client training offerings or other projects to assist clients with their training plans)
  • Fluency in English, French would be an asset

  • Proactive and highly organized, to manage and handle peaks in workload
  • Ability to prioritize and manage requests in a timely manner
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments
  • Strong commitment to client service and continuous improvement
  • Excellent command of MS Office suite, particularly advanced Excel functions
  • Fluency in English, French would be an asset
