Your future team

Our internal legal department plays an important role in ensuring high quality standards, protecting Deloitte’s reputation and managing the risks associated with the business developed by Deloitte. As legal counsel within the internal legal department, you will assist the business team in negotiating contracts, strive for cutting-edge solutions, advice on regulatory developments and also help in ensuring Deloitte’s activities complies with applicable regulations.

Your next challenge

Draft and negotiate clients contracts and general terms of business for all service lines of the Deloitte Luxembourg entities, documents while mastering the highest level of risk mitigation for Deloitte Luxembourg.

Advise the business on a broad range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters and complex legal issues in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice.

Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on all Firm policies and guidelines.

Participate in local and global legal initiatives and internal projects.

Coaching of more junior members of the internal legal department.

Your skills

• Master's degree in Law, with 2 years of strong professional experience as in-house lawyer in an “international environment” or law firm, with focus on contracts. Experience withinvestment funds / banking environment is an advantage
• Ability to analyse complex situations and obtain information to reach sound conclusions.
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Team player with ability to interact with multiple levels in an organization in an international environment.
• Problem solver with a positive mind-set and cam-do attitude who shows flexibility.
• Service-oriented and results-focused.
• English (fluent, spoken and in writing) and French. German considered as an advantage.
