Then you should join the Deloitte Luxembourg's internal legal department , known for its straightforward approach delivering legal advice to and assisting other departments within Deloitte Luxembourg in order to support the strong expansion of their business.



Your next challenge



  • Develop and maintain a robust and proportionate firm-wide GDPR legal framework including Data Protection Policy, privacy notices, retention policies, etc.
  • Be a point of contact for the relevant stakeholders within Deloitte Luxembourg with respect to GDPR related matters;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of inventories, registers and data maps used within Deloitte Luxembourg to establish the processing activities;
  • Promote a culture of compliance across Deloitte Luxembourg through the development and maintenance of GDPR training program;
  • Monitor changes in Data Protection legislation and ensure that such changes are appropriately implemented within Deloitte Luxembourg.



Your skills



  • Are graduated with a Master's degree in law, ideally specialized in Data Protection
  • Have knowledge of GDPR and complimentary regulations such as E-Privacy Regulations, Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, etc..
  • Have at least 2 years experience in a compliance/Data Protection environment
  • Are self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Are proactive and a results-oriented team player
  • Are capable to work accurately and in an organized manner with a strong attention to detail
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of the hierarchy
  • Are fluent in both French and English.  German will be an asset.
