How you’ll contribute to our success
- Work on diverse debt advisory projects with regular interaction with clients, banks, advisors and internal teams
- Conduct industry/company research and credit risk assessments for deal origination and transaction analysis
- Support day-to-day transaction management, including preparing information packs, presentations, financial analyses and client communications for fundraising deals
- Analyze loan portfolios and their performance in a transaction context, including valuing illiquid debt instruments
- Review and optimize loan granting/monitoring procedures for banks and private debt funds, and contribute to marketing and business development activities
Your skills
Must have
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar position at an advisory firm, bank or investment fund
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a similar subject
- Good understanding of loan documentation and credit risk assessment
- Intermediate proficiency in French and business fluency in English
- Financial modelling skills, including analyzing business forecasts and performing scenario analysis

- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Eagerness to work in a client-focused and high quality-driven environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, ACA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented attitude
