Manager For Our Business Transformation Team

Your future team

Our Financial Services Business Transformation Team advices major financial institutions and global organizations on how to future-proof an organizations or transform and digitize their processes and operations, leveraging on the different strengths of our firm.

To reinforce our middle management team, we are looking for a Manager with a strong background in business transformations and a solid knowledge of the financial services industry. If you have been involved in and lead projects dealing with the redesign of operating models, as-is review and to-be design of processes and tools, and are able to connect the dots between the Business and IT, then this one is for you.

Your next challenge

• Lead large-scale business transformation projects where you will oversee the functional delivery
• Review as-is situations, identify inefficiencies and opportunities and design the to-be target situation
• Strategically develop actionable roadmaps with the ambition to reach such targets
• Manage a team dynamic young professionals as well as vendors and review their deliverables
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to build long-term trusted relationship
• Lead workshops and represent Deloitte towards the client
• Lead change management efforts to help ensure the improvements are adopted by the organization
• Manage project budgets and report to internal leadership
• Monitor performance, anticipate potential risks and manage issues
• Coordinate business development activities to grow the business and identify collaboration opportunities

Your skills

• Experience in agile business transformation projects, preferably related to process reviews and digitization
• Experience in managing the delivery of a transformation project
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic approach to complex and multi-layered challenges
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, specifically in exposure to senior/C-level client stakeholders
• Break down complexity and derive actions from it
• Cope with highly dynamic work environments
• Lead, coach and help grow junior and senior resources
• Eagerness to continuously learn and improve your own skills
• Interested in and aware of trends related to process engineering, design, automation, efficiency and digitization

Your background

• Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline
• Have 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or another Consulting firm
• Be fluent in English; French and German are considered as an asset
