Our KID & Fund Reports service is a fast-growing segment of our business, addressing the increasing regulatory and operational challenges faced by asset managers. By combining deep regulatory expertise with technological innovation, we help our clients efficiently manage and streamline their report production.

What you will do

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager to take a leadership role in our Reporting Team. You will be responsible for overseeing the full production cycle for our universe of KID & Fund Reports for our clients, mainly investment managers, ensuring that all outputs are delivered on time, meet the highest quality standards, and comply with regulatory requirements.

You will manage a talented team of specialists, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and work closely with clients to ensure their Regulatory Reporting obligations — including PRIIPs & UCITS KI(I)D, EPT & EMT, PP & PS Annex, Country specific reports, Web disclosures — are met efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of regulation, technology, and client service, with proven leadership skills and a strong eye for detail.

Team Leadership & Coordination
• Lead, coach, and develop the KID & Fund Reports to achieve high performance and maintain strong engagement.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
• Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented work environment.
• Oversee workforce allocation, work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and invoicing.
• Contribute to business development and transformation efforts to create further added value
• Identify impactful regulatory changes and propose plans to address them

Production Oversight
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all SFDR regulatory disclosures, including:
o PRIIPs & UCITS KI(I)D
o EPT & EMT
o PP & PS Annex
o Web disclosures
o Narrative management and simplification (e.g. Prospectus to KI(I)D)
• Oversee the use of production tools (Reporting software, document assembly, Data transmission tools, etc.) to optimize efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality controls, ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

Process & Continuous Improvement
• Refine workflows and systems for large-scale, client-specific document production.
• Identify strategic opportunities to enhance productivity through automation and workflow optimization.
• Support technology teams in implementing system upgrades or facilitating seamless transitions.
• Introduce and test new tools and solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Keep abreast of regulatory developments and fund governance and assess their operational impact.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a primary point of contact for key clients on KID & Fund Reports reporting matters.
• Lead service review meetings and contribute to RFP presentations for new business opportunities.
• Work closely with Fund Analytics, Fund Distribution, compliance, legal, and technology teams to ensure aligned and compliant processes.

Who you are

Proven experience in a regulatory reporting or fund administration role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
A strong interest in the fund industry and working closely with asset managers.
Ability to structure and manage high-volume reporting processes under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Strong people management skills with the ability to coach and inspire teams.
Excellent client relationship skills, with confidence in leading discussions in service reviews and business development meetings.
Comfort working in a managed service setup, focusing on long-term client partnerships and operational excellence.
Are fluent in English (French or German is highly desirable)
