• Deloitte Luxembourg is looking for a proactive and creative Manager Marketing Strategist to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. This role sits within the Marketing Strategy team, where you’ll help shape the direction of firm-wide and business-line marketing campaigns.
• You will work closely with marketing strategists to support the development and rollout of impactful marketing initiatives aligned to our business goals across Audit & Assurance, Consulting, and Tax services—as well as firm-level branding and thematic campaigns.
• You will also help manage intake from the business, working with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into structured campaign briefs. While campaign production (social media, website, email, etc.) is managed by a dedicated production team, your role is pivotal in crafting the strategy, narrative, and campaign scope that guide that execution.

Your skills

• 10 years in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Expertise in B2B marketing, writing, campaign ideation, and audience segmentation.
• Strong multitasking and timeline management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Additional: Proactive mindset, fluency in English; French/German is a plus.
