Your contribution to our success
- Coordinate and coach junior colleagues, helping them build knowledge around key regulations impacting the market.
- Develop high-performing teams through knowledge sharing, coaching, and challenging learning opportunities.
- Manage services, teams, and client relationships with a strong focus on quality, performance, and engagement.
- Support clients with regulatory scanning, identifying new challenges, assessing their impact, and analyzing how regulations affect banks’, management companies’, and insurers’ processes and organization.
- Act as a trusted regulatory advisor by providing insights on key regulations, managing internal projects to improve tools and processes, and contributing to commercial development and go-to-market activities.
Your skills
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business Law and/or Management (with a focus on Banking, Finance, Compliance or Risk Management).
- 5–7 years of experience in the financial industry (banks, investment management, insurance) with practical experience on regulatory topics (e.g. MiFID, PRIIPs, CRD, DORA, MAD, AIFMD, UCITS, EMIR).
- Business fluency in English.
- Fluency in French or German.
- Previous experience in compliance risk management, financial risk management, prudential mechanisms, or regulatory compliance.
- Track record of managing projects and/or teams.
- Collaborating, by working effectively with diverse teams and senior stakeholders to reach common goals.
