As a Manager/ Senior Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team — helping to shape our growth strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and talent development. You’ll collaborate closely with C-suite executives (COOs, CFOs, CIOs) to drive large-scale transformation programs that combine strategic advisory, operational excellence, and technology enablement.

Your contribution to our success
- Lead strategic transformation programs across Alternative Investment operations, from strategy design to implementation — covering Target Operating Model (TOM), process redesign, and technology enablement.
- Advise executive stakeholders on translating strategic objectives into actionable operating and technology models, building robust business cases and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable value.
- Shape Deloitte’s market presence by contributing to our go-to-market strategy, developing service offerings, and leading business development initiatives including commercial proposals to our prospects & client, support internal and external promotion of our value proposition.
- Foster collaboration between business and technology functions — helping clients enhance architecture capabilities, governance, and data maturity to enable efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Develop high-performing teams, coaching managers and junior members in promoting knowledge sharing, continuous training and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple concurrent projects.
- Represent Deloitte as a trusted advisor, building strong client relationships, driving long-term partnerships, and contributing to the continuous growth of the Alternatives transformation portfolio.
Your skills
- Have a master degree in Finance, Management or IT/Engineering with a specialization in Finance.
- Bring at least 5–10 years of experience in business or technology transformation within Financial Services, ideally with a strong focus on Alternative Investments Industry.
- Have proven success leading complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation, covering operational redesign, data enablement, and digital solutions.
- Possess a strong understanding of Alternative Investment operations, systems, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., AIFMD, CSSF circulars).
- Experienced with leading technology solutions for Alternatives investments and hold or demonstrate familiarity with project management or agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) would be considered an asset.
- Excel in stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to engage C-level clients confidently.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Show strong interest in digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly those driving automation and data insights within financial services.
- Be fluent in English, French and German would be considered as an asset.
