Your next challenge


  • Participate in process reengineering, operations reviews and restructuring of operations
  • Analyse financial and operational key figures to assess current performance and understand client’s organisation, strengths and weaknesses 
  • Translate organisational and operational efficiency assessments into implementable business requirements and perform gap analyses based upon the requirements in order to define "To Be" organisation and “To Be” processes/solutions 
  • Manage and/or support implementation projects by identifying, designing and implementing creative business solutions. Then develop cohesive conclusions and participate in the status report writing and presentation
  • Create and implement Dashboards and KPIs to measure improvements and ensure payback to our clients 
  • Measure and control the performance of your project and implement corrective actions to ensure the profitability 
  • Cultivate effective client relationships and pursue new client opportunities while constantly building your market eminence with the support of our network of experts
  • Support with go-to-market offerings, proposals, articles and growing the Performance practice



Your skills


  • Hold a Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field
  • Have from 5 to 7 years of experience in project management: strategy projects, re-organisation projects, efficiency improvement projects. 
  • Have a proven experience in Consulting
  • Show excellent analytical capabilities and a pragmatic mind-set 
  • Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment 
  • Have a proven experience in people management 
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with the ability to develop strong team and client trust relationships through business-oriented mind-set
  • Be a self-starter, keen to learn and build expertise 
  • Be fluent in French and English; German or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
