How you'll contribute to our success

• Manage and deliver technology‑related projects at clients, ranging from IT strategy and operating model design to IT benchmarking, solution option analysis, due diligence, cost optimisation and data center/infrastructure or cloud transformation initiatives.
• Build and grow relationships with different stakeholders in Technology, Innovation and business functions to understand their requirements and challenges and support them in achieving their objectives.
• Be responsible for the successful delivery of the projects ensuring robust planning, optimal staffing of the right team and proper project management
• Use performance indicators and analytical tools to monitor progress and maximise the value delivered to our clients.
• Drive high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders in order to meet clients’ and Deloitte’s key objectives.
• Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought‑leadership, development of accelerators and reusable assets, and active involvement  in other operational activities (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.) and sales activities (proposals development, client presentations, etc.)
• Lead by example and develop high‑performing people and teams by challenging, supporting and continuously coaching them and actively contributing to their career development.

Your skills

• At least 6 years of experience in a technical/management role gained across multiple technology implementation and consulting projects, ideally including IT strategy, operating model or infrastructure/cloud transformation engagements
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management or other technology‑related field.
• Solid knowledge of IT areas (IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure, IT Outsourcing, Cloud, etc.) and relevant technology trends; the ability to quickly understand new technologies and their business implications
• Proven ability to define and manage project scope, resources, timelines and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Experience in developing and managing the relationship with the client and stakeholders and performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Ability to plan and deliver projects using Agile ways of working, ensuring a high‑quality client experience and meeting challenging deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to propose structured solutions and work effectively within cross‑functional teams and with client key stakeholders.
• Previous consulting experience within a professional services or Big Four environment is a plus
• Fluency in both English and French. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.
