Your contribution to our success
- Lead engagements by setting objectives and scope, developing tailored work plans, and managing project delivery.
- Design practical solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their organizational goals and operational needs.
- Build and develop relationships with clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Manage and guide junior consultants to maintain quality and exceed delivery expectations.
- Optimize client operations by implementing innovative processes and strengthening organizational controls.
Your skills
Must have:
- Diploma: A Master degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of expertise in the Investment Management industry, including experience in consulting and business transformation (PMO, BA, Testing).
- Leadership: Proven ability to develop high-performing teams through meaningful opportunities and inspiring leadership.
- Languages: Fluency in English and French or German is mandatory.
Nice to have:
- IT skills: Exposure to digital transformation and AI technologies, particularly automation in financial markets.
- Soft skills: Strong analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
