Your future team

As a people manager within our HR Department, you will be leading and developing a young and driven team in close cooperation with our HR operations leader.  You will act as a subject matter expert in HR matters and help the team to support the continued HR transformation and digitalization.

Our policies and processes are centralized and standardized to support the Firm strategy and growth, enhance the employee experience and optimize the operational efficiency. You will assist in providing answers and solutions in complex areas including international/cross border aspects.

Your next challenge

•    Manage different expert teams dealing with the operational aspects of the Employee life cycle, out of which onboarding, benefits, payroll, off-boarding and different compliance aspects thereof. Guide the teams to reach the highest quality standards in the deliverables
•    Develop and grow a dynamic team that is eager to learn: build their development and learning plans, share knowledge, lead by example to create a trustful and transparent relationship, and reinforce the synergy within the teams.
•    Coordinate the different activities and ensure the highest level of compliance, as well as a legal watch. 
•    Be a force of proposition as a subject matter expert to solve problems whilst keeping a pragmatic approach in a fast changing environment
•    Be accountable for ensuring fair and accurate compensation in line with local best practices and market trends. Provide guidance and insights on Compensation & Benefits matters.
•    Structure and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) of the HR activities to monitor, anticipate and drive the change where necessary
•    Understand the firm and the Talent and HR Strategy, share vision, align people to objectives and priorities accordingly 
•    Provide guidance and be actively involved in various projects, process improvement actions, communications, transformation and HRIS development plans  
•    Manage ad-hoc questions, policies updates, daily HR matters

Your skills

  • After several years of experience in Luxembourg, you demonstrate strong knowledge in Labour law, HR best practices and processes
  • A successful experience in people management is needed
  • You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or similar
  • You can use your strong organization skills and a rigorous approach to coordinate the teams efficiently
  • Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment is a source of motivation for you
  • An excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, …)
  • Fluency in English and French is required
