The Clients & Industries Business development department provides value-added advice and support in order to enable our Industries Leaders to fulfil its strategic and business objectives. With the fast development of our activities at the local and European level, we are looking for a senior officer to join the team.

As a member of the Alternatives (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure) business development team, the person will primarily play a key role in the day-to-day coordination of our activities in the Alternatives industry, including the following

About the role


  • Supporting BD team lead and audit, tax and advisory professionals and account teams in their go-to-market, in order to optimize our client portfolio
  • Preparation of different analysis and reports; screening of various sources and databases in order to get information as a base for different presentations and documents related to the Alternatives Industry
  • Support in targeting clients, in line with the Industries leaders plans (consistent communication, follow-up of action plan, reporting and market watch)
  • Assistance to the Industry Leaders in budgeting preparation and follow-up
  • Coordination with internal business and support teams on strategic marketing activities
  • Monitoring of the progress of the various sectors’ ambition plans and strategies
  • Coordination and ownership of internal development projects and initiatives
  • Play an active part in the Alternatives network and communities (both local and on EMEA/Global level) to increase communication, knowledge sharing, eminence and revenue opportunities

About you


  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience – experience in the Alternatives sector would be an asset
  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (French and German would be an asset)
  • Highly organized, rigorous, precise, able to monitor and track the progress of requests and provide regular status updates
  • Attentive to details but able to see the big picture
  • A client focused creative thinker 
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong learning agility: analytical skills with a pragmatic and hands-on approach
  • Ability to produce high-quality work even when working under pressure within tight deadlines
