What you will do :
 

As a Customer Strategy Manager/Senior Manager (m/f/d), you will envision our clients’ customer, product and digital strategy and lead or participate to activities such as:

  • Managing client engagements to design and implement customer-centric strategy, product value propositions, streamlined customer experiences or state-of-the art digital applications
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of clients’ data, processes and tools to identify strategic opportunities
  • Deriving insights from market data, customer trends or competitive benchmarks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps that leverage state-of-the-art technology to enhance customer interactions, and drive growth
  • Supporting the selection of the ideal technology based on clients’ business and IT requirements
  • Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored recommendations to drive customer-centric change
  • Providing thought leadership on customer trends, digital transformation, and emerging technologies
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and thriving environment
  • Envisioning new service offerings or leading other internal initiatives

 

What about you :
 

  • Master's degree in business, management, marketing, digital transformation or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting or a different fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of and interest in customer experience best practices, digital and technology trends
  • Proven track record of leading ambitious customer strategy projects and/or all stages of digital transformation programs (e.g., discovery, implementation, functional design, testing, change, PMO)
  • The ability to connect the dots between the business, IT and their respective challenges
  • Self-starter and proactive mindset, with the willingness to get things done
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different contexts and industries
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
  • A collaborative mindset; you enjoy sharing knowledge, working in multidisciplinary teams and growing junior team members
  • Fluency in English and French; German or Luxembourgish will be considered an asset
  • Service Design and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) knowledge is considered an asset
