Our Growth Team plays a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing initiatives that empower our Industry Leaders to achieve their strategic and business objectives. As our activities expand locally and across our network we are seeking a proactive Junior team member to support us in one of the major and fastest growing industry we serve: Alternatives.
About the role
Business Development:
- Monitor the progress of ambition plans and strategies with regards to Alternatives and its asset classes (Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Debt, Infrastructure)
- Support account teams and professionals with regards to go-to-market activities, be actively involved in identifying target clients
Marketing & communication:
- Identify marketing and visibility opportunities for the firm (events, speaking opportunities, partnerships, sponsorships, etc.)
- Prepare impactful communications aligned with business strategies
- Coordinate with the various internal and external stakeholders involved
Project Ownership:
- Coordinate projects and initiatives related to the Alternatives industry
Data-Driven Insights:
- Prepare insightful analysis, reports and presentations using diverse sources and databases to strengthen Deloitte’s knowledge and activities
Support & collaboration:
- Provide essential support to larger Growth team and the Alternatives industry leaders, managing budgets and ensuring seamless follow-up
Industry Engagement:
- Actively participate in industry and sector networks and communities, both locally and on a broader EMEA/Global level, to enhance communication, knowledge sharing and revenue opportunities
About you
- Master’s degree from a Business School or University, preferably in Marketing and/or Economics
- Highly organized, rigorous, precise, and capable of monitoring and tracking the progress of requests, providing regular status updates
- Autonomous team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional approach at all times
- Sound knowledge of MS Office tools, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
- First experience in the Alternatives, Investment Management or Financial industry is considered a plus
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal & written communication skills; fluency or knowledge of French and German are considered an asset
