We are looking for a PR professional to join our dynamic Brand & Content team, starting X, 2025

Your next challenge

• Cultivate and strengthen the Firm’s relationships with local and international media, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s strategy 
• Build strong relationships with journalists, editors, and sales managers; represent the Firm in all media interactions
• Serve as the primary contact for daily press-related internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication
• Coordinate interviews, adverts, translations, speakership opportunities, media kits; ensure high-quality, timely deliverables
• Organize press conferences, prepare press briefings and releases, and liaise with stakeholders during events
• Develop the Firm’s annual media plan, including budgeting and negotiation, in line with our communication strategy
• Pitch relevant subjects of interest to media that would support develop our firm’s media presence and reach
• Perform regular press monitoring and reporting

Your skills

• Master's degree in Communications, Public relations, International Relations, Political or Economic Science with a proven focus on media and communications
• A solid track record of successfully managing media relations and delivering impactful media campaigns (minimum 7 years)
• Sound knowledge of the Luxembourg media landscape and in-depth understanding of international media dynamics
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills in both English and French
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills 
• Effective ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to make decisions quickly
• Works collaboratively with colleagues and contributes positively to a supportive team environment
