Payment Industry Consultant / Senior Consultant (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Your future team

For a couple of years, payments is at the forefront of banks transformation. Regulations such as PSD2 in 2018 and upcoming discussion on Instant Payments, PSD3 and PSR are enabling innovation for the banking industry. In order to answer the growing demand in this area, the Banking Consulting department is looking for a Consultant / Senior Consultant with some specific knowledge on the payments area. Preferably with a banking background, you will be able to deliver engagements and developing opportunities for our clients in the banking industry, with a focus on payments transformation projects.

Your next challenge

• Becoming a point of reference for Payments in the Banking department
• Developing new business opportunities with clients in Luxembourg and abroad
• Providing advices on upcoming directives and regulations (PSR, PSD3, Instant Payments)
• Delivering clients engagements and contributing to transformation projects in the banking area
• Collaborating with other Deloitte Member Firms in EMEA and participating in cross-border eminence on Payments

Your skills

• A Master degree in Engineering, Finance or Business Administration
• 3-5 years of experience as a Consultant or a Payment expert
• Strong knowledge on Payments topics, including PSD2
• Good understanding of the Banking industry
• Fluency in English and French; any other language is considered as an asset
