Our HR department follows our people’s journey with Deloitte ensuring a smooth intake, implementing tailored and challenging career development methods as well as guaranteeing efficient HR Operations practices to maintain a diversified and motivated workforce.
To reinforce our team, we are currently looking for an Experienced Officer, who will integrate our Payroll & Benefits team.
As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR activities.
 

Your next challenge

- Take an active role in the daily activities
- Manage and control payroll instructions and related HR processes or projects
- Coordinate monthly and yearly processes (payroll process including benefits, internal & external audit, etc.)
- Manage other benefits (pension plan, complementary health insurance, etc)
- Maintain the HR systems on a daily basis
- Interact easily with HR teams, Finance colleagues, and external stakeholders
- Become a key team-player and proactively identify and propose improvements in operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Update our processes, policies, and intranet pages to reflect the latest information and practices
- Be a key contact for our employees, providing support and addressing concerns
- Participate in projects and HR systems’ upgrades where needed

Your skills

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or other relevant subjects from an accredited university/college.
- Experience of at least 2-3 years in a similar position
- Agile, positive, self-driven, and eager to share your know-how with the team
- Excellent interpersonal skills & very good team player
- High level of integrity in handling confidential data
- Good analytical skills: work with large amounts of data (facts, figures, and numbers)
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Client and solution-oriented, proactive, ability to propose solutions
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Distinguish yourself by your organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-changing environment
- Fluency in French and English required
