Deloitte Audit’s Planning team plays a crucial role in enabling the great quality of our service to our clients and business growth.

Our main objective is ensuring the right planning and staffing of our Audit projects – both quantitatively & qualitatively. We work side by side with our leadership to enable the right staff allocation, taking into account respective qualifications and regulations within the Audit field as well as our client needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Planning Senior Officer to join our dynamic team! A successful candidate will play a crucial role in rolling out our staff planning initiatives, optimizing resources, and ultimately enabling further growth of our business.

Your contribution to our success 

 

  • Participate in the development and implementation of strategic audit planning methodologies to align effective allocation of audit staff based on skills and expertise, project needs and organizational goals.
  • Implement structural changes addressing resource allocation needs, and resolving conflicts to ensure equity and productivity, efficiently and proactively.
  • Optimize auditors’ workload and utilization, building frameworks for aggregating chargeable and non-chargeable missions, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing resource utilization. 
  • Prepare and analyze reports to deliver actionable insights that refine team performance and drive growth.

 

Your skills 

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Audit / Finance or similar areas.
  2. Well-organized, solution-oriented, and capable of prioritizing effectively while seeing the bigger picture.
  3. Analytical, solution-focused, and adaptable to changing situations.
  4. Strong communication skills with a client-centric mindset.
  5. You have a good command of MS office tools, with focus on Excel.
  6. Fluency in English is a must. French and German are considered as a plus.
