From defining our clients' digital strategy to the design and deployment of their CRM or digital platforms, we support our clients to imagine their future, by placing the needs and behaviors of their customers at the center, through a sound digital strategy and implementation.
To cope with its strong development, Deloitte Digital is setting up a Sales & Alliance team to support its business in uncovering, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities. The Pre-Sales Engineer is responsible for the solution design throughout the sales cycle and delivering guidance and vision to companies to transform their customer’s experience. Acting as a sales consultant, the Pre-Sales Engineer will be in charge of presenting product offerings and solutions in the best light to prospects and customers to best meet their business objectives. As a passionate technologist and customer advocate, the Pre-Sales Engineer will connect the dots between the technical solution and the business value for the customer.

 

Your next challenge

 

  • To imagine and present a transformational customer experience vision to decision makers to address their business challenges and needs showing business value
  • Build up a trusted advisor relationship with business to understand the challenges and needs
  • Coordinate and lead the solution cycle through close collaboration with other high performing experts: sales, demo engineers and post sales
  • Industry experience, incorporating and co-building a point of view based on Salesforce’s solutions
  • To understand and proudly articulate the values and benefits of a Salesforce solution to customers at all levels, examples include; business managers, Administration/IT Staff and "C" level executives
  • Present compelling Salesforce & eco-system solutions while supporting relationships with customers and potential partners
  • Attain quarterly and annual objectives defined collaboratively with management
  • Respond effectively to RFIs/RFPs

 

Your skills

 

  • Have a track record of solution engineering, consultancy, delivery or training success
  • Be talented to understand the unique business requirements of customers within multiple industries and translating/presenting those needs into a compelling vision and roadmap for our customers
  • Inquisitive, practical and passionate about technology and sharing knowledge
  • Holding a Master degree in Business, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field  
  • Be business smart and curious through strong listening skills
  • Good communication skills to spark customers with new ideas and finding ways to keep people’s attention
  • Proven time management skills in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, high pace collaborative environments
  • Eager to get to know new trends and to understand why and how things happen
  • Good at searching out information and experimenting, likes to become expert on a particular topic
  • Fluency in both English and French. Knowledge of German or Luxemburgish is a key advantage
