Private Equity and Real Estate Manager/ Senior Manager in Business and Digital Transformation

What you will do :

As a Manager/ Senior Manager within Deloitte, your responsibilities are diverse. You will be exposed to many different types of clients who follow various strategies. You will be part of the management of a dynamic, motivated and impactful team.  You will leverage your expertise to empower our clients in Luxembourg and abroad.

You will be involved in a variety of projects which includes the following activities:

• Act as an expert in your industry to advise clients and developing eminence within Deloitte

• Participate in setting engagement goals and scope, developing work plans for components of engagements

• Build trusted relationships with clients and developing new business opportunities in the Private Equity / Real Estate sectors

• Manage a team of consultants to deliver the utmost quality and reach the expected standards

• Assess and diagnose technology environments and define technology strategies

• Design enterprise architecture and technology solutions, and tune technology environments for optimal performance

• Design the technology solution: lead team through the documentation of business requirements, conduct gap analysis between business requirements and software and write functional designs

• Design deliverable content to precisely address clients' needs and coordinating work streams and team members

• Participate in the development of new services and solutions

Who you are

• Have a Master's degree level in any educational background, a degree in Engineering or Management or IT with a specialization in Finance is an asset

• From 5 to 8 years of experience in the PERE industries (e.g. Management Company, AIFM, Fund Administrators, Depositaries, etc.) and having been exposed to technology transformation projects

• Or from 5 to 8 years of experience in digital consulting and demonstrate proven experience in business transformation that leverages technology (e.g. PMO, BA, Testing)

• Demonstrate experience in managing a team of juniors

• Excellent communication, presentation and storylining skills in English and French or German. Other languages can be a strong asset

• Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to address issues and solve problems

• Have an entrepreneurship mind-set with "can-do" attitude
